1. Acceptance of Terms

You must immediately notify phjk of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. phjk shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account if such use occurred without your knowledge or consent due to your failure to maintain adequate security measures.

phjk implements stringent Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements. As part of our verification process, we may require you to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, and any other documentation deemed necessary to verify your identity and comply with applicable regulations.

Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account restrictions, including temporary suspension of deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay. 6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content obtained from the platform without our prior written consent. 8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

8.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The phjk platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phjk, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Technical failures, interruptions, or delays in service
• Errors, bugs, or inaccuracies in game software or results

Our aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to phjk in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability, or Five Thousand Philippine Pesos (₱5,000), whichever is less.

9. Dispute Resolution and Complaints

9.1 Complaint Procedures

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of our services, we encourage you to contact our customer support team first. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication. Complaints should be submitted in writing via email to our designated support address, including your account details, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting documentation. We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within two (2) business days and provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through our internal procedures, you may escalate the matter to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), our licensing authority. PAGCOR's contact information and complaint procedures are available on their official website. All disputes must first be submitted through our internal complaint procedures before escalation to external authorities.

9.2 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the phjk platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines. By using our services, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue in these courts.

10. Account Termination and Suspension

10.1 Termination by User

You may request closure of your phjk account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon receiving your closure request, we will process the termination within five (5) business days. Before closing your account, you must withdraw all remaining funds in accordance with our withdrawal procedures. Any active bonuses will be forfeited upon account closure. Once your account is closed, you will no longer have access to historical transaction records or gameplay history.

10.2 Termination by phjk

phjk reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if your continued use of the platform poses a risk to phjk, other users, or third parties. In the event of termination for cause, we may withhold any remaining balance in your account pending investigation and may be entitled to retain such funds as compensation for damages caused by your violations.

We also reserve the right to close dormant accounts that have been inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months. Before closing a dormant account, we will attempt to contact you via email at your registered address. If you do not respond within thirty (30) days, we may close the account and forfeit any remaining balance less than One Thousand Philippine Pesos (₱1,000). Balances exceeding this threshold will be held for your collection for a period of two (2) years from the date of account closure.
